Microsoft iSCSI Initiator HOTFIX: A Microsoft hotfix MUST be installed
on all Windows Server 2008 servers with iSCSI configured which does not
have Windows 2008 SP2 installed. To download the hotfix, go to
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/961570/en-us. On the downloads page,
select ‘Show hotfixes for all platforms and languages’. For Windows
Server 2008 x86 servers, select Windows Vista x86 Fix258014. For Windows
