Please take a moment to review the following Forum Terms & Rules that govern your participation in the bulletin board portion of the DataCore Software Site ("Forum"). Capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meanings set forth in the DataCore Software Terms of Use and related policies. These Forum Terms & Rules are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use.

DataCore Software is not responsible for the use or exchange of any information or comments made or posted by users of the Forum ("Messages"). DataCore Software advises you to exercise good judgment when leaving Messages.

Please be aware that you can be held legally responsible for damages to someone's reputation if your Messages are deemed to be defamatory. DataCore Software is not responsible for monitoring or censoring Messages and disclaims any and all liability relating thereto. DataCore Software does not control, nor is it responsible for, the truth, accuracy, completeness, safety, timeliness, quality, appropriateness, legality or applicability of any Messages. Notwithstanding the foregoing, DataCore Software does reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any Messages that it deems to be inconsistent with the online activities that are permitted under these Forum Terms & Rules and the DataCore Software Terms of Use.
