Yes, your download link will be to the latest install package which will be PSP3.

recommend you install Win 2008 R2 64bit
Don't forget to look over the quick start guide.

The SANMelody 3.0 docs clearly state that Windows Server 2008 R2 isn't supported as a storage server host OS unless PSP3 is applied. I'm building a lab with the 30-day eval - does that already include PSP3, and if not, where can I get it?
