Interphase Signs DataCore To Diamond Developer Partnership Program
Alliance Will Assist Open System Architecture
DALLAS, Texas (Jan. 29, 2001) - Interphase Corporation (Nasdaq: INPH), a leader in Fibre Channel and next generation telecommunications technologies, has announced the addition of DataCore Software Corporation, a leading provider of storage networking software, to its Diamond Developer partnership program. The partnership expands on both companies' abilities to provide storage solutions for the integrators, enterprise IT managers and network architects building a connectivity solution comprising multiple vendors of open system equipment.
As part of the program, Interphase's PowerSAN 5540 and 5550 Fibre Channel host bus adapters (HBAs) recently completed testing for interoperability and compatibility with DataCore's SANsymphony virtual storage software. Ongoing integration and testing will assure customers that Interphase PowerSAN adapters are ready to use with SANsymphony software.

Interphase's Diamond Developer program was developed to increase the quality of standards- based solutions available to the market by helping partners align interoperability efforts. The result of these efforts is high-performance and highly reliably product solutions for enterprise network environments. In addition, the program offers technology partners access to early release of new products and enhanced technical support.
