Server Port Details Pages

Information about each server port in a DataCore Server is collected and displayed in a details page. (Basic information for all ports per server can be viewed in DataCore Server Details page>Ports tab.)

The details page displays the following information at the top of the page:

  • The state of the port is displayed under the icon.
  • The port alias, IQN (if applicable), and description can be changed. To change, click Edit at the top of the page, make the changes and click Done.

All letters in an IQN must be entered in lowercase.

To open server port details pages:

  1. In the DataCore Servers panel, expand Server Ports and click the port to open the details page.
  2. Information is organized under tabs (described below). Click on a tab to view the information. Additional fields may be available by selecting Column Chooser from the column header context menu in the tabs.

When a details page is active, the Port Actions tab appears in the Ribbon to perform actions for the port.
