DataCore Days 2025 FAQ

The DataCore Days 2025 are held at the Palais des Papes Congress Center at Avignon, Monday October 6th and Tuesday October 7th 2025.

DataCore offers all participants lodging in a single room, in a nearby hotel. For the night of october 6th to october 7th, based on number of room booked by DataCore.

We highly recommend to stay in one of the hotel booked by DataCore as rooms are booked and paid by DataCore. However, if you wish to stay in a different hotel, DataCore won’t oversee booking it for you and you will have to take care of the booking and DataCore won’t take in charge the fees related to this booking.

Breakfast for Tuesday morning, October 7th is included.

Few days before the event, you will get the info about the hotel you’ve been allocated and precise instructions will be communicated to you. All hotels will have the rooms ready for you at 04:00 pm on Monday October 6th and a free time will be available after the plenary and before the Apéritif for you to do the check-in.

Please note that all hotels are short walking distance from the Congress Center. More details will be shared with you few days before the event.

Buses will be available from Marseille airport, departing on Monday october 6th (at 09:30 and 11:00 am) and from Avignon TGV Train Station (at 11:15 am).

You have to reach the venue by yourself.

The dinner venue will be within walking distance of the Palais des Papes and the hotels where you are staying.

The DataCore Days are a friendly event, there is no specific dress code required. However, as the site has stone paths, we recommend that you wear comfortable shoes (ladies should avoid heels).
