DataCore Days 2023 FAQ

The DataCore Days 2023 are held at the Puy du Fou Congress on both days of the event, Thursday October 5th and Friday October 6th 2023

DataCore offers to all participants lodging in single room at the Puy du Fou hotels. All hotels are located within 10 minutes walk from the event venue for the night of October 5th, based on number of room booked by DataCore.

We highly recommend to stay in one of the hotels booked by DataCore as rooms are booked and paid by DataCore. However, if you wish to stay in a different hotel, DataCore won’t be in charge of booking it for you and you will have to take care of the booking and DataCore won’t take in charge the fees related to this booking.

Breakfast for Friday morning, October 6th is included.

A few days before the event, you will get the info about the hotel you’ve been allocated and precise instructions will be communicated to you. All hotels will have the rooms ready for you at 16:00 on Thursday, October 5th and free time will be available after the plenary and before the Apéritif for you to do the check in.

Please note that all hotels are short walking distance from the congress center. More details will be shared with you few days before the event.

Buses will be at your disposal to drive you to the Puy du Fou:

• Nantes airport – departure between 10:30 and 11:15
• Nantes train station – departure between 10:30 and 11:15
• Paris, Palais des Congrès – Porte Maillot – departure between 7:30 and 8:15

The exact meeting point at each location to find the bus will be communicated few days before the event to the registered participants.

You have to reach the venue by yourself.

The DataCore Days are a friendly event; there is no specific dressing code required.
