As a member of the Central European Sales team, the Regional Partner Manager will be responsible for the southwestern region of Germany (Baden Württemberg).

Identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with resellers, and end-users. In this role, the successful candidate will be, ideally from that region, responsible for identifying sales opportunities in new and existing accounts, to uncover opportunities and take them to the point of purchase with the Channel Director Central Europe and Distribution/Channel partner teams. 

 Duties:

* Is the main contact for all partners (base, specialist, and excellence partners) in the designated area* Is responsible for the identification and qualification of prospect Resellersin the designated region * Help the distributors establish new partners * Contribute to the development of the partners in terms of sales, training, and marketing activities.* Create marketing plans with the partners to acquire new customers and increase revenue* Create business plans in collaboration with the partners and review of the achievement of goals* Support the reseller to close the project by providing the necessary information as needed, (prices, offers, and marketing material) and onsite appointments with the end customer* Present DataCore, the DataCore products and DataCore values to prospect end customers and partnersPartner closely with the Regional Sales Manager and the Regional Solution * Meet the assigned sales quota and reporting requirements* Participate in trade fairs and marketing events.* Evaluate quarterly results for the assigned territory

Aufgaben:

* Hauptansprechpartner für alle Partner (Base-, Spezialist- und Exzellenz Partner) im zugewiesenen Gebiet* Verantwortung für die Identifikation und Qualifikation potenzieller neuer Fachhändler im zugewiesenen Gebiet * Unterstützung der Distributoren beim Aufbau neuer Partner* Weiterentwicklung der Partner in Bezug auf Umsatz, Training und Marketingaktivitäten* Erstellen von Marketingplänen zusammen mit dem Partner zum Zwecke von Neukunden Gewinnung und Umsatzsteigerung* Erstellen von Businessplänen zusammen mit dem Partner und * Überprüfung der Zielerreichung* Unterstützung der Fachhändler beim Abschluss von Projekten durch * Bereitstellen der erforderlichen Informationen (Preise, Angebote und Marketing-Materialien) und vor Ort Terminen beim Endkunden* Vorstellung von DataCore, den DataCore-Produkten und DataCore Values gegenüber potenziellen Endkunden und Partnern* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Regional Sales Manager und Regional Solution Architekt zur Entwicklung des Vertriebsgebietes und zum Erreichen der Umsatzziele.* Erfüllung der vorgegebenen Vertriebsquoten und Berichtsanforderungen.* Teilnahme an Messen und Marketingveranstaltungen.* Quartalsauswertung der Ergebnisse für das zugewiesene Gebiet

Essential skills and experience required:

* 2-5 years in Partner Sales experience. 

* Ideally coming from companies like; HP, Nutanix, Pure Storage; but other IT vendor experience in same field is welcome too.  

* Hunting sales mentality and passionate about setting and achieving goals. 

* Hands on mentality with Salesforce experience or other CRM systems. 

* Excellent relationship building skills are essential. 

* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills are needed in order to work successfully with partners and cross functional teams to meet performance goals. 

* Strong project management skills. 

* Structured working style, analytical thinking, independent working style and teamwork are key strengths for this role. 

* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

* Strong attention to details. 

* Open minded, positive attitude and interested in Technology. 

* German mother tongue speaker in writting and verbal communication is essential. 

* Our company lanuage is English, therefore english skills are mandatory. 

Experience: 

* Bachelor’s degree or professional education, preferably in Engineers/MBAs with 2-3 years of

* Experience in Software Sales. 

* At least two years of proven success working in a similar role. 

* Two years of solutions sales experience, selling software or high-tech offerings and solutions.
